What is a multi-seat license?
A multi-seat license is a singular license of Ableton Live that contains multiple license authorizations, called seats. This type of license can be used to install and authorize Live on multiple machines, e.g. in a classroom computer lab environment.
A multi-seat license is registered to a single Ableton.com user account. If possible, the email address used to register the license should be an organizational address accessible by more than one person eg. music@my-school.org; ideally the team/person who will be responsible for installing and maintaining Live on your organization’s computers.
