Originally from Australia and now based in Berlin, Peter Trimbacher has been involved in the electronic music industry for 20 years as an artist, event promoter, independent label owner, and educator.
Using Ableton Live as his centerpiece, Peter DJs and performs live improvisations under the moniker Metapattern focussing on 90s techno with a modern twist. His works can be heard on labels such as MORD, Truncate, Float and Hayes.
Pete is an Ableton-Certified Trainer, a regular freelance contributor of technical production articles, and lead author of The Secrets of Techno Production, published by Attack Magazine UK.
