Today he is a leader of the highly regarded Polish alternative band Beneficjenci Splendoru (Sony Music), an experimental project Szumu Szaman and owner of Color My Sound music production company. His ventures include: solo albums, sound design for video games (Ruiner), mixing studio and concert albums, two sample libraries for Ableton (one in collaborations with Matmos) and even a score for an internationally acclaimed Na Drodze short movie.
Marcin specializes in electronic and experimental music based on modular synthesis, field recordings and creative sampling using Ableton Live 11 and Push. A few years ago, he established YouTube channel Color My Sound, which currently includes over 100 reviews and tutorials of modular gear – in Polish and English language versions.
In 2010, he started offering one-on-one music production courses sharing his 20 years of studio experience with others. Currently he offers Ableton Live 11 and Push courses for individuals , as well as groups in cooperation with Akademia Dźwięku - an Ableton Certified School based in Warsaw, Poland.
