At the age of 18, Jerry began exploring digital music production utilizing Logic and Pro Tools. As Jerry got more into electronic music and DJing he began working with Ableton Live and for the past seven years he has almost exclusively used this program for all of his production and performance endeavors. Because of Jerry’s diverse performance background, he favors grid-based controllers like Ableton Push for his unique style of controllerism and finger drumming. In addition to professional models, Jerry has also built several custom MIDI controllers of his own design.
Jerry currently releases original electronic music, remixes and performs as “BigJerr”. “BigJerr” is a high energy “Open Format” DJ and an up-and-coming trap/glitch/hype/dub step/Melbourne Bounce Producer/Performer.
Jerry attended West Chester University in PA, majoring in Music Theory and Composition with an instrument focus on classical piano. He has also obtained his Audio Technology Diploma from SAE Miami.
