Matt McCoy is a worship leader, songwriter and recording artist from Chicago, Illinois. He received his bachelors degree in Electronic Media from the University of Cincinnati where he studied audio production, web and multimedia design. Matt has been using Ableton since 2004 (version 4) both on stage and studio.

He travels with his band leading worship and teaching workshops for conferences, retreats and other events throughout the country. He has thorough experience using Ableton professionally in live music performance, especially in church and touring environments.
He is also the founder of Loop Community, an online resource for worship loop tracks as well as training for worship leaders and churches. Loop Community was recognized in Worship Leader magazine's "Best of the Best" issue for 2011 and is a thriving community of musicians and music programmers throughout the world.
Matt resides in Chicago, IL where he has served as a worship leader at Willow Creek Community Church and Harvest Bible Chapel. He is available for one-on-one, group classes, or online instruction.
