ELPHNT Searches maxforlive.com for The Best Free Devices
Since its introduction in 2009, Max for Live has empowered music-makers to design their own unique plugins for Live. Shortly after Max for Live was announced, composer and new media artist Clint Michael Sand launched maxforlive.com â a place where users could contribute to an online library of Max for Live devices. Now a decade old, maxforlive.com hosts almost 4000 tools for the Ableton Live community.
To commemorate this decade of creative patching, Ableton Certified Trainer Thomas Glendinning, aka ELPHNT, has started a new video series where he searches maxforlive.com to highlight some of the best devices available for free. He kicks things off with six useful tools that should be a welcome addition to any producerâs palette.
Youâll need Max for Live to use these devices, or try them out by downloading the free 30-day trial version of Live 10, which includes Max for Live.
