A panoply of instrumentation has been deployed in the production of ZenPad Waterworx, including analog synths, guitars, bass, drums and percussion, mallets, vocals, electric and acoustic piano, and more, all recorded at 96kHz using Class A preamps and tube microphones at the EarthMoments studios. From powerful raindrum rhythms and haunting guitar lines to found ambiences and flowing synth arpeggios, this distinctive collection of sounds is as diverse as it is unique.

As well as the samples at its core, Waterworx includes a pair of Drum Racks, five Audio Effects Racks geared up for a range of mixing and mastering tasks, and the Ice Pad Instrument Rack, all of which are available independently and used in nine ready-to-go Session View construction kits and two complete demo projects. The sampled hits for the Drum Racks were recorded underwater using special water-resistant mics, enabling EarthMoments to capture a variety of weird cymbal resonances and percussive textures – an otherworldly collection of starkly vivid timbres.
