A música sempre esteve presente em sua vida – desde cedo, estudou bateria, guitarra, piano e canto. Formado pela renomada SAE - School of Audio Engineering no México, iniciou, em 2009, sua carreira como produtor com seu projeto artístico Kachas, focado em Progressive House, misturando melodias profundas, grooves orgânicos e design de som inovador. Roberto já lançou mais de 50 músicas por selos reconhecidos mundialmente, incluindo Musique de Lune, YION, Polyptych Limited, D-Edge Records, Transensations Records, Sirup, Freegrant Music e Moonlight.
Roberto é professor de Ableton Live há mais de 10 anos. De 2017 a 2021, foi professor no Estúdio Bossa (D-Edge), onde ministrou cursos presenciais de produção musical. Atualmente, dedica-se exclusivamente ao ensino online, oferecendo aulas e mentorias individuais e ao vivo (one-on-one) para alunos de todos os níveis, com uma metodologia prática e personalizada.

Roberto Villamar is a musician and electronic music producer with over a decade of experience. Originally from Ecuador and now based in Brazil, he teaches one-on-one courses and mentorships in Music Production, Sound Design, Mixing, and Mastering in Ableton Live, in a 100% online, live, and personalized format. His musical versatility is reflected in his teaching, covering various genres such as House (Afro House, Organic House, Progressive House, Deep House), Techno (Melodic Techno, Peak Time), and Psychedelic Trance (Progressive Trance, Full On, Dark Psy).
Music has always been a part of his life—he studied drums, guitar, piano, and vocals from an early age. A graduate of the renowned SAE - School of Audio Engineering in Mexico, he launched his artistic project Kachas in 2009, focusing on Progressive House, blending deep melodies, organic grooves, and cutting-edge sound design. Roberto has released over 50 tracks on internationally recognized labels, including Musique de Lune, YION, Polyptych Limited, D-Edge Records, Transensations Records, Sirup, Freegrant Music, and Moonlight.
Roberto has been an Ableton Live instructor for over 10 years. From 2017 to 2021, he taught in-person music production courses at Estúdio Bossa (D-Edge). He now focuses exclusively on online teaching, offering one-on-one live lessons and mentorships for students of all levels, with a practical and personalized methodology.
