Ivan Romanovskii, aka Ewan Rill, is a professional DJ, trainer and sound producer with over 20 years experience playing and producing electronic music, and releasing more than 1,000 tracks. He is one of the leading progressive house and progressive techno artists, and has performed on stage with dozens of world-class musicians.
Ivan Romanovskii, aka Ewan Rill, teaches music at the Resonance Academy in Saint Petersburg. He gives weekly lessons to four groups, and more than 500 people have successfully finished the course. He has his own intensive course that takes students from square one to label releases, and offers group classes and individual lessons in Saint Petersburg or Skype lessons worldwide. He also performs in many venues and at festivals worldwide, and is currently working on an original liveshow with midi controllers and synthesisers in a complex setup that runs Ableton Live. As a producer, his tracks are regularly featured in top-ten progressive house lists. His music has been supported by such veterans of the music industry as Paul Van Dyk, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J and many others. In 2019, one of his tracks featured on the compilation album Nick Warren presents: The Soundgarden, released by Balance Music.
