Raúl Garza is a producer, composer, electronic artist, percussionist and educator from Monterrey, México. His interest in learning and discovering new tools, sounds and music has led him to work in different areas, such as audio post-production, sound design, audiovisual art installations and education. He began his musical education at the age of six and in 2004 started using Live for composition, production and as a performance tool.

Raúl Garza studied Electronic Production and Design at Berklee College of Music, Boston, where he was granted the North American Scholarship. He specialized in vibraphone, production and music technology. His portfolio includes music and sound design for short films, documentaries and advertising. Raúl has also developed technology for controlling and manipulating digital audio and video, as well as software for developing art installations and audiovisual events.
Currently, he is a full-time faculty member at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey, in the Digital Music Production and Engineering program, in which he teaches audio programming, audio post-production, art and technology, sound design and MIDI.
