Jay Pei is a New Delhi-based producer, composer, DJ and educator who has pioneered his own unique sound, enthralling audiences across the length of the country.

Jay Pei’s techniques may seem contradictory to the mainstream but they have led him to find and explore his own unique voice. He uses analog drum machines and synthesizers to lay down the foundation of his music and Ableton Live to integrate the workflow. Live has been his DAW of choice since 2012.
Jay has taught at many music schools in India and is currently teaching at Global Music Institute in Greater Noida. He offers group and one-on-one sessions in music production and electronic music performance with Live and Push.
Jay is also the co-founder of a recording studio called Lab Rat Studio, where he provides professional services such as recording, mixing, mastering, sound design, game sound and audio post-production.
