Damien started his career as a DJ in the early nineties and released his first track in ’94. He has worked in a variety of roles within the music industry ever since. A long-standing association with production, radio, and retail makes Damien the perfect mentor for young producers.

Damien started using Live for music production in 2004, and began teaching Live at the Sydney campus of School of Audio Engineering in 2009. From 2014 until 2017 he developed the Diploma in Electronic Music at Sydney TAFE Ultimo.
Damien is currently lecturing in Music Technology at the Tasmanian Conservatorium of Music in Hobart, and teaches the Electronic Music Production Unit, online, for the University of New England. He also takes private students and works as a producer for a number of electronic musicians.
He collaboratively produces House Music under the name Southlight, Mystery Blonde and Reel Sessions.
