Mel Uye-Parker is a singer, and music producer and has released music with Matthew Herbert (Accidental Records), Rae & Christian (Late Night Tales), Yesking (BBE Records), and as MNENE (Filth on Acid), OMOTE (Earth Sonic), and her latest project, House of Molly (Higher Ground, Hot Creations and Three Six Zero).

In addition to her work as a musician, Mel is an experienced educator. She has taught and led programs at Berklee College of Music, the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP), and CDR (Create Define Release), where she also serves on the Board of Directors.
Mel is dedicated to supporting and guiding emerging artists, drawing on her industry knowledge and practical experience to help students develop their creative and technical skills.
